Refund policy

If you were not happy with your purchase no problem! Returns are easy at Karamiel! We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Customer is responsible for return shipping, Karamiel does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc., otherwise the return will be rejected by our team. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.

All accessories including jewelry, bags, hats etc. are Final Sale. 

Any items marked Final Sale is non-refundable.

Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-10 business days to be reflected onto your account.
